On-board International Courier

Rapid Despatch offer a full onboard courier service for consignments that are small and very urgent.
A member of our team will collect the consignment* from your premises and take the item by scheduled aircraft to the nearest airport available for delivery.


On arrival at the specific airport we can either deliver the consignment directly to the delivery point or meet the consignee / appointed representative at a designated meeting place.
The onboard courier service is highly suited for consignments such as small components, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.
*Due to confined space on passenger aircraft these consignments cannot exceed the constraints imposed by the relevant airline and must be able to be carried by hand.

Passport and Visa collection service

We can collect your passport and deliver it back to you the same day saving you from having to stand around for hours waiting, only to spend a few seconds actually picking up your documents. Rapid Despatch can take the stress out of this completely for you and make arrangements with you and the Passport Office to collect travel documents on your behalf.

This service can also be used for Visas and Work Permits that need to be validated for staff members travelling abroad.
A dedicated courier will collect your paperwork, take it to the relevant Embassy or High Commission then either wait or return when the documents have been completed, avoiding your staff having to wait in queues and allowing more time for them to prepare travel and work plans.

Exhibition stand assembly

Exhibitions are a time to focus on the people you're meeting, not on the Logistics of the delivery or assembly of your stand! Rapid Despatch can remove the hassle and worry by providing our seasoned experts to handle all this on your behalf. We can store, deliver, assemble and equip your stand or display even down to making sure the leaflets are in place ready for the start of your exhibition and even more importantly leaving you free to get on with business. When the exhibition is over your team can concentrate on their follow-ups or start to wind down whilst our team will be there to break down the stand, pack it all away, and bring it back safely.


We can even cover exhibition halls on continental Europe leaving your employees free to fly out and be on top form without the struggle of co-ordinating the arrival and assembly of your stand in a foreign country!
